At Total Health Institute we have an inpatient facility where you can stay and work on restoring your health, getting away from the stress and negative energies of the world and people around you.
We have found that when we take a person out of their stress-filled environment and put them into our peaceful, serene environment of health and healing and immerse them not only in the purest body, mind, spirit teaching, but also have them live in the presence of those who have walked the total health journey through, those who have climbed the mountain of total health and DID IT, those that overcame their physical, mental, emotional challenges and now walk in total health of body, mind and spirit, this greatly increases their healing rate.
When we put people in the presence of those who have the total health awareness and the physical manifestation of healing of their body, mind and spirit this energy is transferred and this energy transfer is called entrainment. An example of entrainment is when you put a person in an environment with cheerful, happy, optimistic people then that person will positively entrain upward and naturally become more happy, cheerful and optimistic no matter how negative he/she was to start. Also on the other side if you put a person in an environment of all negative, pessimistic people that person will negatively entrain downward and become much more negative and pessimistic then they were originally.

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy
The lymphatic system is your transportation system. It cleans every tissue of the body and supports immune function. Two thirds of your white blood cells are flowing in it, and the lymph fluid is the body’s sewer system to remove toxins and chemicals. Active lymph flow is critical to health and healing.
