Your Mission In Life
Everyone of us has a reason, a mission, a purpose for which God created them. This is God’s will for our life. When and if we come to that place in life when we discover God’s will for us, we will soar higher than anyone else, because whatever specific task He has created us for no one else can do this quite like us. When we do it, we actually do it effortlessly, and with timelessness. Effortlessly because it is natural to us; it is what we were created for and when we are operating in the purpose we were designed for there is no effort, it just flows. Timelessness because when we are performing the call for which we were made, it is pure joy, not work. When you are having fun time flies as if there was no time. When we are doing the exact thing God created us for, we also live and walk supernaturally in each moment. God releases supernatural gifts that enable you to perform your call like no one else in the world can. Things become naturally right when you are living your purpose, events just happen to move you forward in your purpose: doors open, contacts are made, timing is right; these are not coincidences they are divine appointments.
Unfortunately, many never find what their true purpose is, they never align their will with God’s will for them. They do not seek Him and wait to be directed by Him. Instead they get a job or enter into a lifestyle that seems right to their mind. They settle because of what the world or their natural (without God) mind says when God has so much more for them. They end up living an ordinary life, missing out on the blessing of living a supernaturally extraordinary life. How do you find out what God’s will is? Take time in meditation and prayer to listen every day. He speaks if you are listening, but He speaks to the heart and not to the head. Sometimes what is in your heart seems crazy to your mind. Continue to seek Him; if it is from Him the love, joy and peace will grow in your heart. This then will give you strength to overcome your mind and step out of your comfort zone to God’s greater blessings, living your purpose in life. Most all the great people in life that accomplished something to change the world, to further humanity in some way are those who DID discover their mission statement, their call, their purpose. It is then that the spirit, soul (mind, will and emotion) and body connect together in perfect balance and supernaturally the world is and can be changed like never before. God has placed this inside everyone of us, but so few of us take the quiet time in prayer and meditation to discover this gift God has given each one of us. Take the time and then begin to live the life you were created for.
The flow of life is always from the spirit of man (filled with the Spirit) to the soul (mind, will, and emotions) to the body.
The two avenues affecting the will are:
1) SPIRIT renews the MIND and the MIND influences the WILL
2) SPIRIT empowers the EMOTIONS and the EMOTIONS influence the WILL
